Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using SnapSticker. It applies to uploaded images, prompt settings, generated prompts, generated sticker packs, downloads, account activity, and payment activity.

SnapSticker is built for lawful, consensual, non-explicit chat sticker creation. If your use is not clearly allowed, do not use the service for it.

1. Allowed Uses

  • Create personalized chat sticker packs from images you own or have permission to use.
  • Create stickers of yourself, your pets, your own characters, your own artwork, or brand assets you are authorized to use.
  • Download and use generated stickers in chat apps, social posts, communities, and personal or commercial projects when you have the rights needed for the uploaded material.

2. Prohibited Sexual and Adult Content

SnapSticker must not be used to generate, request, upload, distribute, or promote:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, nude, adult, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be under 18.
  • Intimate, exploitative, abusive, non-consensual, or private sexual imagery.
  • Content that markets, describes, or implies uncensored, no-filter, unfiltered, 18+, or adult AI generation.

3. Likeness, Consent, and Face Manipulation

  • Do not upload a person's image unless you have the legal right and permission to use it.
  • Do not create face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, identity-misrepresentation, or deceptive impersonation content.
  • Do not use SnapSticker to mislead people about a person's identity, endorsement, statements, actions, or consent.
  • Do not upload private, sensitive, intimate, or identifying images of another person without consent.

4. Other Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Illegal content, regulated goods or services, fraud, phishing, spam, scams, or deceptive activity.
  • Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights violations.
  • Hateful, extremist, harassing, threatening, bullying, defamatory, or targeted abusive content.
  • Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, weapon instructions, or content intended to cause harm.
  • Attempts to bypass moderation, credits, payment, authentication, rate limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, reselling unauthorized access, or interfering with SnapSticker or its providers.

5. AI Moderation and Enforcement

SnapSticker may use automated and third-party moderation, including prompt moderation, before sending generation requests to AI providers. We may block requests, refuse generation, remove content, suspend accounts, revoke credits obtained through abuse, or cooperate with lawful requests when we believe this policy has been violated.

Moderation can make mistakes. If you believe your request was incorrectly blocked, contact us with your account email and a short description of what happened.
