Terms of Service

SnapSticker helps users turn uploaded photos, selfies, pet images, character images, or artwork into AI-generated chat sticker packs. The service may include account creation, email verification, Google sign-in, prompt templates, image generation, sticker cutouts, downloads, credits, and payment features.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Some features may be experimental, limited, or available only to signed-in users with credits.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You may not use SnapSticker if you are under 13 years old.
• If you are under 18, you may use SnapSticker only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may require email verification before allowing generation or paid features.

You retain ownership of images, prompts, text, and other materials you upload or submit to SnapSticker. You grant SnapSticker a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions.

AI-generated sticker packs may be inaccurate, unexpected, imperfect, or similar to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, suitable for every chat platform, or legally safe for every use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated stickers before downloading, sharing, publishing, or using them commercially. You must not use outputs in a way that violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

• SnapSticker may provide a free first generation opportunity to eligible new users.
• Paid generation uses credits. One sticker pack generation currently costs 1 credit unless the pricing page or product interface states otherwise.
• Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
• Unused credits are not refundable. Consumed credits are not refundable.
• If a generation attempt fails after a credit is deducted, SnapSticker will automatically return the credit when the backend can confirm the failure.
• Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or unauthorized charges may be eligible for refund after review.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree not to use SnapSticker to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload images of people without required consent.
• Generate, request, upload, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, adult, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
• Create deceptive impersonations, fraud, phishing, spam, or misleading content.
• Create sexual content involving minors or any exploitative, abusive, intimate, or non-consensual content.
• Create face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, identity-misrepresentation, or unauthorized likeness content.
• Harass, threaten, shame, bully, defame, or target another person.
• Generate extremist, hateful, or violent content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, abuse, or interfere with the service.
• Bypass usage limits, authentication, payment, credits, or security controls.

SnapSticker, our website, interface, workflows, templates, logos, design elements, and underlying software are owned by SnapSticker or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our brand or service materials except as needed to use the service.

SnapSticker is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model provider. We use third-party providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication support, email delivery, payment processing, storage, analytics, AI image generation, and content moderation. These providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we choose providers to support the operation and security of SnapSticker.

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, restrict generation, or refuse service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for SnapSticker or others, abused payments or credits, or used the service unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account or data deletion, contact us at the email below.

SnapSticker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSticker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or losses from generated content or third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of SnapSticker after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
